Our Story

Hi! I’m Nghi, the owner and baker behind Marczak’s Bánh Lab. As a Vietnamese and a food scientist, I named my home bakery after both: the flavors I grew up with and the curiosity of the lab.

“Bánh” is the Vietnamese word for cake, cookie, bread, pastry, etc. - most foods made from flour or rice.
